He is also the Assistant Director of the United Nations University International Network for Water, Environment and Health (UNU-INWEH), where he is responsible for information technology and related projects of distance learning.
Velma I Grover is River basin program and Water Virtual Learning Center Coordinator at the United Nations University International Network for Water, Environment and Health.
